Former Asante Kotoko and Maryland Bobcats fc goalkeeper Felix Annan has heaped praise on the Asante Kotoko management for a successful season.
According to their former captain, the management have done a lot to achieve this success and deserve some praise.
“I’m really happy for the management and the players because they put in a lot of hard work and I know this will mean a lot to them. They (Kotoko) really deserve the league title”, he told Akoma FM.
Felix further named Cameroonian forward Frank Mbella Etouga as his best Kotoko player for the season and urged management to try all it will take to retain him for the season ahead.
“I will give it to Frank Mbella.”
I pray management are able to keep him and other important players who played a major role this season.
Playing in Africa doesn’t come easy, competition is really high and this is the time Kotoko needs their supporters.”
Felix Annan signed a one-year contract with US-based club Maryland Bob Cats FC after leaving Asante Kotoko earlier this year.
The 27-year-old won three Ghana Premier League titles and MTN FA Cup twice during his over a decade stint with the Porcupine Warriors.
