Legon Cities have ended Accra Great Olympics’ unbeaten run following their 2-0 victory over the Dade Lads at the El-Wak Sports Stadium on Friday afternoon.
Goals from Michael Otou and Mohammed Suleman were enough to secure the maximum three points for Maxwell Konadu’s side.

        *MEDEAMA SC 0-1 ASANTE KOTOKO*

At the Tarkwa Akoon park on Saturday afternoon, reigning champions of the Ghana premier league, Asante Kotoko grabbed an important 1-0 victory over Medeama Sporting club.
Nicholas Mensah’s solitary goal was enough for the Porcupine Warriors to clinch the three points; the defeat extends Medeama’s loss to four.

           *BECHEM UNITED 0-1 ACCRA LIONS*

At the Nana Fosu Gyeabour park in Bechem,  Accra Lions continued their impressive start of the season with a hard-fought 1-0 away win over Bechem United on matchday 6.

Fredrick Asante’s lone strike in the 44th minute of the game was enough to seal all three points for the Accra-based side at the at Nana Gyeabour‘s Park on Sunday.

The win lifts Accra Lions to the summit of the league table with 15 points, two points above second-placed Asante Kotoko who defeated Medeama 1-0 in Tarkwa on Saturday.

     *SAMARTEX FC 0-3 BIBIANI GOLDSTARS*

Samartex lost at home by a three unanswered  goals to Bibiani Gold Stars on Sunday afternoon.
Yahaya Adraman broke the deadlock of the game in the 7th minute of the game, followed by Ibrahim Laar’s goal in the 60th minute. Yahaya completed his brace with an 80th minute strike to ensure the Bibiani based club pick all points away.
