Congolese forward Kashala Ramos Wanet powered Accra Hearts of Oak to a 1-0 victory over Nsoatreman FC at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday to register their first victory of the season.
The game which began on a high note saw the Phobians dominating, leading to a goal in the 4th minute of the game through Congolese attacker, Kashala Ramos.
The youngster pounced on a cross in the eighteen yard box and headed home to give the Phobians an early lead.
Nsoatreman fc were reduced to 10men as midfielder Philip Ofori was sent off with a red card for a reckless tackle in the 35th minute.
Both sides failed to find the back of the net in the second half as the game ended in a 1-0 victory in favour of Accra Hearts of Oak.
The victory ended Hearts of Oak’s winless run against Nsoatreman coach Maxwell Konadu who had previously had an impressive record against Hearts of Oak, dating back to his time with WA All Stars, Kotoko, and Legon Cities.
