Chelsea are amongst one of the busiest clubs in the transfer window as they continue to search for a super striker.
Chelsea coach, Thomas Tuchel is eager to land Borussia Dortmund clinical finisher, Erling Haaland at the Stamford Bridge.
Thomas Tuchel can’t wait to get the signature of the Norwegian international and former Chelsea player, Emmanuel Petit sides with him.
According to Petit, the only top striker in the world to get Chelsea the goals is Erling Haaland. Petit believes Haaland has got everything in him to be successful in England.
“Werner is still struggling to get the goals and Harvetz is not a Striker. Chelsea needs a top striker and Erling Haaland is the answer, period!”
Borussia Dortmund is also not willing to release their key man after the departure of Jadon Sancho to Manchester united which makes the transfer of Haaland to Chelsea this summer a dicey one.
Chelsea are also monitoring proceedings at the Nou Camp as Barcelona are yet to place Atoine Griezmann on transfer as the Catalan giants are keen to lay off some of the club’s expensive earners to get back the services of Lionel Messi.
With the departure of Olivier Giroud and a doubt of the arrival of Haaland at the Bridge, Chelsea could put down an offer for Griezmann but Erling Haaland seems to be the last resort for the Champions league winners.
