Ghana striker Joseph Esso ended the season on a high as he scored a hat-trick in MC Alger’s final game of the season.
Esso’s goals saw Alger share the spoils 4-4 with Hussein Dey in a pulsating encounter on Tuesday evening.
This means Esso registered six goals in his debut season in the Algerian top-flight, a great achievement considering he joined the team in the middle of the season.
However, in total this season scored 17 goals in 2020-21 campaign because he netted 11 goals for Dreams FC in the Ghana Premier League before his departure.
He signed a lucrative three-year in April with Maloudia.
