Ghana’s Mohammed Kudus was at the heart of Ajax Amsterdam’s victory in a cup tie against FC Twente.

Ajax were on the back of 3 consecutive wins after they parted ways with Alfred Schreuder, coming into this game.

A shot on target which proved to be the winner, 48 touches, 3 out of 5 completed dribbles and a passing accuracy of 88% was enough to earn Ajax’s number 20 the man of the match award.

Mohammed Kudus has certainly found form after the world cup and looks poised for more top performances towards the rest of the season.

Kudus’ goal tonight is his 15th for club and country and also means that he has a direct goal contribution in each of his last four matches.
