In a recent social media post, Kotoko goalkeeper Fredrick Asare expressed his delight at the “great feeling” experienced during his first season with the greatest club in Ghana.

The former Accra Lions goalie made 24 league appearances with 7 clean sheets for Kotoko this season.

Despite the challenges faced, Fredrick Asare remains optimistic, vowing to bounce back stronger in the upcoming season. Acknowledging the team’s obstacles, He believes in their ability to bounce back and regain their winning form.

‘’Through all the ups and downs, we shall surely bounce back!! See you next season.’’ Asare stated showcasing his unwavering determination to overcome adversities and achieve success.

Kotoko ended their season with a goalless draw game against Dreams FC on the final day of the Betpawa Premier league at the Baba Yara Sports stadium.

After securing their 24th title in the previous season, the Porcupine Warriors had set their sights on defending the trophy. However, they had to settle for a top-four finish, with Medeama emerging as champions, followed by Aduana Stars and Bechem United.
