Chief executive officer of Accra Great Olympics, Mr Oluboi Commodore has revealed that forward Maxwell Abbey Quaye is not ready to play for any other Ghanaian club when he leaves Olympics.
According to Mr Oluboi, the clinical finisher despite attracting many offers locally, would prefer a move oversees than to play in the Ghana Premier League where he gets to face his former side.
“Kotoko wrote to us about the availability of Maxwell Abbey Quaye, but the player told us he doesn’t want to play in the Ghana Premier League again if he leaves Olympics”, he told Abusua FM.
Mr Commodore speaking on Annor Walker’s alleged move Samartex FC, said that the Black Galaxies manager is still under contract with the wonder club and they still regard him as their head coach.
“We’ve a contract with Annor Walker, he’s not informed us he wants to leave, so as we speak he’s still our Head coach”.
Annor Walker was reported to have taken over the coaching role of Ghana premier league newbies Samartex fc over the week.
