Ghanaian aand Charlton Athletic goalkeeper Jojo Wollacott has completed a move to Scottish top-flight side Hibernian.
The Black Stars goalkeeper penned a three-year deal in an undisclosed fee according to the Scottish outfit following completion of the mandatory medical.
“He’s athletic, brave, and confident and, with big competitions coming up, it’s important we’re strong in the goalkeeping department,” said Johnson.
“He’s a player I’ve known for some time and it’s great to see that he’s starting to fulfil his potential. He now has over 100 games under his belt and has played on the international stage with Ghana”, the club announced via their website.
Jojo who missed last year’s World Cup due to a finger injury has had stints with Swindon Town, Bristol City, Charlton Athletic and the Addicks.
He will be a part of Hibernian’s European campaign as they play Conference League qualifiers.
