Head coach of the Black Stars, Otto Addo has named a 55-man provisional squad for preparations ahead of the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
The list has three local-based players, Accra Hearts of Oak duo Daniel Afriyie Barnieh and Dennis Korsah as well as Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Danlad Ibrahim.
Former Asante Kotoko, midfielder Mudasiru Salifu and left back Ibrahim Imoro of Al Hilal also made the cut.
The team is expected to arrive in Abu Dhabi on November 14 for the final preparations ahead of their last friendly encounter with Switzerland on November 17 before announcing the final squad for the mundial.
